6's
Okay -- the bad news: "tricks" or neat multiplication games to figure out the 6's are scarce.
But, look at what we already know:
1. So far we know 0's, 1's, 2's,3's,4's,5's, that means they know: 6x0, 6x1, 6x2, 6x3, 64, 6x5 !
2. Later you will learn strategies for : 9's, 10's, 11's, and 12's.
3. That leaves us with three problems: 6x6, 6x7, and 6x8. So here are some fun rhymes to help:

Six times six. Magic tricks. Abracadabra. Thirty-six
6 x 7 Poem
Six and Seven are sad and blue. They make number forty-two.
6 x 8 Poem
Six asked eight for a date, six times eight is forty-eight.
It is still beneficial to learn to count by sixes.
