Pizza!

Ok, My 2 kids and I had so much fun the other night with pizza. I bought 3 cheap pizzas and had the kids cut them up differently. One pizza was cut into 24 pieces, one into 12 one into 8. I told the kids that they could each have a piece of each pizza but each piece of pizza had to be the same size and they had leave enough for 4 of us (2 kids and mom and dad) It was so cool because they were taking the total slices and dividing by 4 people...not only that but they were learning equivalent fractions. Thank you for sharing with us, you have inspired me to make math part of our day.
